About SiteWise AU /

Offline-first site diary and safety app for Australian construction sites. Everything is stored on the phone itself - no account, no cloud, nothing uploaded.

Daily site diary: crew numbers, trades on site, plant, weather, work completed, delays, visitors, incidents, photos and notes
Pre-starts: daily site pre-start checklist plus plant and equipment pre-start checks
• SWMS 生成器: templates for the high-risk construction work categories, risk ratings, controls, PPE and sign-on with a signature pad
Toolbox talks: topic, who attended, and the points covered
Incidents: hazard and incident reports with severity, treatment, and notifiable incident guidance for each state and territory
Registers: worker and subcontractor register (tickets, licences, White Card, induction) and a plant register with inspection dates
Variations: variation, delay and claim notes with supporting detail
Site report: a printable pack for any date range - print it or save it as PDF
Library: 8 states and territories, notifiable incidents, high-risk work categories, HRWL, PPE, hazard topics, standards and checklists
Site conditions: heat (WBGT shade estimate), UV, wind and rain from Open-Meteo, plus seasonal fire and cyclone notes (internet needed for the first fetch, then cached)
Alarms: pre-start, toolbox talk, heat and knock-off reminders with snooze, and an export to your phone calendar (.ics) for reminders that ring with the app closed

Runs offline once it has been opened, installs to the home screen, light and dark themes, English and 简体中文, JSON backup, CSV export, and print/PDF layout for every record.

⚠️ 工地群聊 (text, hold-to-talk voice notes and photos) needs a group server running somewhere with Node. Until one is set up, the chat still works as a local record on the device.

General guidance only, not legal advice - Australian WHS duties, thresholds and licensing vary by state and territory. Confirm with your regulator.
